The Disclosure Project is a nonprofit research project started by Greer in 1992 that alleges the existence of a US government cover-up of information relating to unidentified flying objects (UFOs). WOW Did you heared of that??...........The Arecibo message was broadcast into space a single time via frequency modulated radio waves at a ceremony to mark the remodeling of the Arecibo radio telescope on 16 November 1974.[1] It was aimed at the globular star cluster M13 some 25,000 light years away because M13 was a large and close collection of stars that was available in the sky at the time and place of the ceremony.[2] The message consisted of 1679 binary digits, approximately 210 bytes, transmitted at a frequency of 2380 MHz and modulated by shifting the frequency by 10 Hz, with a power of 1000 kW. The "ones" and "zeros" were transmitted by frequency shifting at the rate of 10 bits per second. The total broadcast was less than three minutes.[1][3]
The cardinality of 1679 was chosen because it is a semiprime (the product of two prime numbers), to be arranged rectangularly as 73 rows by 23 columns. The alternative arrangement, 23 rows by 73 columns, produces jumbled nonsense. The message forms the image shown on the right, or its inverse, when translated into graphics characters and spaces.[4]
Dr. Frank Drake, then at Cornell University and creator of the famous Drake equation, wrote the message, with help from Carl Sagan, among others.[1] The message consists of seven parts that encode the following (from the top down):[4]
The numbers one (1) through ten (10)
The atomic numbers of the elements hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and phosphorus, which make up deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)
The formulas for the sugars and bases in the nucleotides of DNA
The number of nucleotides in DNA, and a graphic of the double helix structure of DNA
A graphic figure of a human, the dimension (physical height) of an average man, and the human population of Earth
A graphic of the Solar System
A graphic of the Arecibo radio telescope and the dimension (the physical diameter) of the transmitting antenna dish
Because it will take 25,000 years for the message to reach its intended destination of stars (and an additional 25,000 years for any reply), the Arecibo message was more a demonstration of human technological achievement than a real attempt to enter into a conversation with extraterrestrials. During a speech on the 28th of June in the European in Parliament in Brussels, EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker confused attendees in Parliament when he started talking about what appear to be extraterrestrials. Juncker claimed he met and listened to "leaders of other planets" who are "watching us from afar". During a EU-Eastern Partnership summit in Latvia on May 21st, 2015, he was filmed visibly intoxicated, kissing and slapping leaders of European nations. At one point he slapped Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in the face after calling him "Dictator" before he proceeded to kiss other European leaders on their forehead.
So far only the German newspaper FOCUS reported on the confusing statements, calling the man extraordinarily chaotic, even in the face of BREXIT.

Kurios: Im offiziellen Transkript der Rede fehlt genau die Stelle, an der Juncker von den Führern anderer Planeten redet. Französische Medien spekulieren nun, dass Juncker sich schlicht versprochen habe und die „anderen Führer unseres Planeten“ meinte. Denn dass der EU-Kommissionspräsident an Außerirdische glaubt und das auch noch offiziell sagt – diese Geschichte scheint selbst in Brexit-Zeiten doch unglaubwürdig.

Today, May 9th is the 17th year anniversary of the Disclosure Project National Press Conference event that happened in Washington DC. Yesterday I had the honor to be included in a video documentary that is coming out with other witnesses that I have the greatest respect for. Hard to believe its been 17 years since this world disclosure event occurred, where we all gave testimony yet the mainstream media effectively sanitized it to the public. Fortunately, there are people like Jordan Sather who is putting out the effort to connect with all these witnesses and produce this amazing upcoming documentary. I was very impressed with who he is and his intentions to bring public awareness. It's very encouraging to see younger generations becoming aware of this generationally hidden reality.
